I meld Wellness and Mind-Body Skills Coaching with over 1200 hours of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Interactive Guided Imagery certifications, to provide a holistic approach to health. Over the years, I have focused on the practical use of mental and physical techniques as a way to help individuals and groups develop a sense of health, stability, and harmony in their fast-paced and stressful lives. I believe it is the responsibility of every individual to strive for optimal health. The more health you bring into your own live, the more you have to share with those around you – family, friends, co-workers. Well-being is contagious!
The Blue Coral Coaching team provides a variety of well-being focused coaching programs for individuals, groups, and employers as well as long-term group programs for weight & stress management. All our programs are designed to help you or your employees find solutions that work! Our unique approach is that sessions or programs are as near as your phone or by live video chat on your computer or tablet, whether one-on-one or in a group setting—no travel necessary (bunny slippers optional)!
